We're looking for candidates with a background in business and technology consulting to implement SaaS solutions for our clients, bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions to maximize customer value and relationship success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee successful training and onboarding of new enterprise clients.
  • Lead conversational design and implementation of customer needs on the Netomi platform.
  • Develop strong relationships and trust to ensure client success.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting scope and schedule requirements.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for each client engagement.
  • Review performance metrics with clients to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide industry and product expertise, including software demonstration, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise implementation strategies and best practices.
  • Analyze operational procedures, map business processes, and recommend enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborative work with Engineering and Product teams to enhance product usability.
  • 8-10 years of professional services or tech consulting experience with a passion for technology implementation.
  • 5-6 years of relevant implementation experience.
  • Proven AI industry expertise is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of helping clients achieve their goals through technology.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Reliable team player capable of adapting to challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Awesomeness:

  • Familiarity with APIs and understanding of Agent Desk platforms in Netomi's partner ecosystem.
  • Engineering background is a plus.
