We are growing our squad of Senior Technical Consultants and are on the lookout for individuals eager to evolve with us and advance towards becoming Technical Architects. Through hands-on experience and involvement in the Certified Master Architect and Certified Technical Architect programs, we provide abundant opportunities for our team members to enhance their technical skills and acquire client-facing experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Offering advice and recommendations to clients on optimal approaches for ServiceNow implementation in terms of ITIL best practices, ServiceNow best practices, and industry trends related to ServiceNow.
  • Providing business analysis to comprehend and document customer requirements.
  • Leading process workshops to ascertain current customer needs, scrutinize any previously considered solutions, and finalize the requirements and the best approach for ServiceNow implementation.
  • When no separate Project Manager is assigned for smaller projects, also overseeing project tasks and timelines from Computacenter's perspective, conducting project progress meetings with customers, serving as a single point of contact between customers and internal resources, and collaborating closely with Technical Consultants to ensure delivered solutions align with confirmed customer requirements.
  • Upholding and adhering to company standards and policies, leading Sprint review workshops, executing functional testing before UAT, spearheading UAT review meetings, supporting go-live and early-life assistance, and working with the Project Manager on sales-to-delivery handover.

Experience & Education

  • Possession of relevant qualifications or accreditations in ServiceNow.
  • Detailed knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and one other area.
  • ITIL accreditation to at least 'Foundation' level and profound familiarity with ITIL disciplines.
  • Over 7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Active members and contributors to ServiceNow internal communities, mentoring other Process Consultants, regularly advising the Solution Consulting team, effectively engaging with customers across all seniority levels, communicating the business advantages of a ServiceNow solution, managing customer expectations, staying updated on ServiceNow technology through industry sources, utilizing this information in customer interactions, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, employing active listening and probing techniques to comprehend others' priorities and concerns, being self-motivated, and adept at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
