Job Description :


Leading projects of SAP payroll data conversion involves ensuring a smooth process of extracting, transforming, and loading payroll data from old systems to SAP.


  • Working closely with various teams to grasp data requirements and develop efficient conversion strategies.
  • Creating and executing ETL processes to retrieve data from outdated payroll platforms and convert it into SAP-friendly formats.
  • Evaluating and refining data to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity during the conversion phase.
  • Establishing data validation protocols to validate the precision of the converted data.
  • Collaborating with clients to collect requisites, define conversion scope, and align with business goals.
  • Offering mentorship and assistance to junior team members engaged in data conversion tasks.
  • Documenting conversion procedures, approaches, and industry standards for future application.
  • Supervising the conversion progress, recognizing risks and challenges, and implementing resolution tactics when necessary.
  • Executing post-conversion assessments to confirm the seamless transfer of data into SAP payroll systems.
