Roles & Responsibilities :
Consulting with Users and Business to understand their goals and requirements.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around future direction of our product.
  • Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios.
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
  • Conducting usability testing.
  • Analysing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience.
  • Assisting with content development.
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis.
  • Expert user of a wide range of digital tools for conceptualizing, designing and prototyping

Eg :
Figma, Adobe xd, Sketch etc.

  • Experience in conducting design thinking workshops and using collaboration tools eg : Miro, Figjam, Mural etc.
  • Knowledge in Life science domain.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a designer.
