Position Purpose:

As a Laravel and developer, your mission is to play a pivotal role in the development of robust, scalable, and innovative web applications. Leveraging your expertise in Laravel and , you will drive the creation of exceptional digital experiences that delight our users and clients. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design, and coding of websites, specifically in PHP/Laravel. You must also possess a strong knowledge of the web application development using the PHP/Laravel programming language, Ajax, JavaScript, and MySQL Server databases. Additionally, you may be asked to develop and integrate plugins for popular frameworks.

Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and contribute to the development of robust and scalable Laravel-based backend systems to power our web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the frontend development team to integrate components seamlessly with Laravel .
  • Design and optimize database structures, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate data communication between the frontend and backend systems.
  • Implement best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization. Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required.
  • Document features, technical specifications & infrastructure Responsibilities.
  • Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
  • Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
  • Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
  • Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
  • Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support.
  • Keep an eye on new trends and best practices on the web development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Laravel with
  • Proficiency in PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of Laravel's ecosystem and tools.
  • Solid experience with , including state management with Vuex.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong emphasis on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web framework such as Core PHP, Laravel & CodeIgniter.
  • Must have strong knowledge and understanding of JS, jQuery, AJAX,
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming in PHP.
  • Familiar with APIs & Cloud Functions
  • MySQL profiling and query optimization
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded to new solutions, forward-thinking and strong ability to adapt.

Responsibilities: *Drive business growth by leveraging online portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc., and actively seek opportunities for expansion. *Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs. *Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability. *Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies. *Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process. *Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance business development efforts. *Manage the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. *Gather and analyze project business requirements, effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution. *Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, managing resources effectively to ensure project success. *Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls to foster strong relationships, address project needs, and ensure client satisfaction. *Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement. *Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency. *Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization. Requirements: *Experience in business development or a related field, preferably in a managerial capacity. *Proven track record of successfully generating business through online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. *Ability to generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and screen potential business opportunities. *Strong ability to identify suitable job opportunities, craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives, and support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis. *Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. *Demonstrated experience in analyzing client requirements, providing accurate estimates, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, and conducting client meetings through voice/video calls to ensure client satisfaction. *Proven ability to explore and cultivate new business opportunities, understand client requirements and acquisition strategies, utilize *LinkedIn and other marketing tools for lead generation and networking. *Experience in managing and developing a team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives, solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management. *Strong project management skills, including the ability to gather and analyze project requirements, enforce deadlines, manage resources effectively, and follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion. *Excellent research, prospecting, and sales planning skills. Analyze marketing trends, stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. *Proficiency in documenting information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency. *Attention to detail in proposal writing, drafting business proposals, and all aspects of business development. *Exceptional communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
