Note- For Principal consultant - This profile is into development and admin area. Hence we are looking for someone who has worked on both.

JD for your reference:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVR Tool Specialist with 4 to 12 years of hands on experience in managing and optimizing data integration processes using the HVR (High Volume Replication) tool.
As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting data replication and integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather data integration requirements, understanding the business logic, data sources, and destinations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain the HVR software platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement data replication solutions, including source-target mapping, data transformation, and error handling mechanisms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data replication jobs, addressing and resolving any issues to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with various databases and applications.
  • Fine-tune HVR configurations to optimize data replication performance, adjusting as needed to meet changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 to 12 years of practical experience in data integration and replication using the HVR tool in an enterprise environment.


  • Strong expertise in configuring and managing HVR, including installation, setup, and optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of data replication techniques and technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
  • Familiarity with various database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with other data integration and replication tools will be a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is beneficial.
  • Advance programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell.
