Role Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively convey our brand message across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

  • Develop and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, packaging, advertisements, social media graphics, and website visuals.
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive packaging designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Design trade show displays, banners, and other promotional materials for events.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels.
  • Update and maintain brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes.

Collaborative Projects:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to create effective marketing collateral.

Digital Design:

  • Design digital assets for email campaigns, online advertisements, and website updates.
  • Create engaging and interactive content for social media platforms.

Print Production:

  • Prepare and deliver print-ready files for various marketing materials.
  • Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials.

Visual Content Managemen t:

  • Manage and organize a library of visual content, including images, graphics, and design templates.
  • Ensure all visual content is up-to-date and accessible for the marketing team.

Market and Trend Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the coatings, paints, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Coral Draw etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media design.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation software.
  • Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) design.
