  • Studying stoppage report, studying checklist, supervising maintenance jobs, Coordination for conditional monitoring, updating of SAP data, organizing material / manpower required.
  • Preparing budgets, monitoring actual cost with budget, taking corrective actions, Monitoring inventory, Identifying Kaizen/focused improvement area, Studying abnormalities / deviations, Analyzing problematic
  • Reviewing material requirement & inventory, controlling contractor cost, Controlling over time.
  • Analyzing problems, breakdowns, identifying areas requiring improvement
  • Carry out whywhy analysis, Review drawings / specifications
  • Formulate proposal, Implementation of approved proposals.
  • Well known about UTCL safety standard. Identifying & rectify unsafe points & unsafe practice in the area, Training to staff / workers on safety & treatment, Checking, testing as per guidelines, Maintain statutory records of the observations.
Ensuring various safety standard and procedure system & other management system (IMS,WCM).

Qualifications:

Diploma,Diploma in Mech. Engg.

Minimum Experience Level:

4-6 Years
