This role would act as a change agent in the organization by driving change and implementing continuous improvement tools and programs, while foresting Continuous improvement culture and workers engagement by monitoring idea System Organization.


Job responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the conduction of communication activities, engagement, upgrading, and over role health of the Idea Driven Organization system
  • Implementation of action plan and ensure the follow up to optimize performance and processes.
  • Manage and carry out audits in the system (Approval, Implementation and Validation of ideas and follow up of action plan)
  • Manage and organize recognition and award events, in addition to carrying out campaigns aimed at engaging people.
  • Collaborate with local areas to continue the action plan and rapidly implement high impact initiatives.
  • Develop root cause problem solving capabilities, develop sustainable solutions and implementation of the best manufacturing practices.
  • Responsible for training employees and new members on the philosophy and relevant software and procedures.
  • Maintain the KPIs of the system and do relevant analysis and benchmark.
  • Fostering innovation and continuous improvement culture in the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' experience CI role / Engineering process
Advanced English, leadership, teamwork, decision making, effective communication, project management, skills in organization, monitoring to action plans, MS Office. Lean manufacturing knowledge
