In this role you'll be working in the IAM Analytics space under IAM OverSight area. As an engineer, you will be responsible for data extraction, data modelling, data analysis, review & visualisation / reporting, for various On-prem & Cloud IAM platforms. The role also demands basic / good knowledge in DevOps area & related tools and technologies in this area. You will also be partnering with Product Owners, Leads, Analysts and other squad members to understand the requirements to ensure delivery of work meets customer expectations. The candidate must learn quickly, be able to work in a fast-paced team-driven environment and at the same time the candidate must have ability to operate independently. What will you bring?

Experienced ability to understand, interpret and write high-quality Python code and proficiency in supporting libraries like NumPy, Pandas, ldap3, nbdev, and openpyxl. Excellent Visualisation / Reporting Skills is a fundamental requirement of this role. Experience with Qlik Sense, Splunk, PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a must skill. Proficiency in data transformation, creation of QVD files, and utilization of set analysis in Qlik Sense. Hands-on experience with data modelling, dashboard modelling, and reporting is a must skill. Fundamentals of SQL & Oracle database, creating / writing queries is essential. Understanding directory services, such as Active Directory, AzureAD, AWS ManagedAD, GCP ManagedAD. Experience & good ability to understand, interpret and create PowerShell scripts. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal & written communication skills. Must possess good collaboration skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders & application teams. Awareness of audit processes, compliance, security aspects & governance related activities. Proficient in ITSM services and skilled in adhering to best practices for optimizing IT operations and service delivery.

Good to have - The 'good to have' knowledge, skills, and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

Basic to Good knowledge with DevOps, CIDC process, hands-on knowledge using modern toolsets like Bitbucket, GitHub, Codefresh, Bamboo and Artefactory. Experience with usage & development of REST Services & APIs to integrate with 3rd-party products. Familiarity with cloud-native tools (on AWS, GCP, Azure) and its services for data analytics. Familiarity in set up and maintain cloud-based pipelines for efficient data ingestion & processing. Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
