Job DescriptionShould have strong understading of Visual Inspection process and able to handle shift activtiesMust have sound knowledge on trouble shooting of AVI and leak testing machines.

Should be ableassesssafety related risks & drives implementation of procedures to ensure safe working environment.

Implementsafety precautions during material handling (MSDS)Shoul maintainmanufacturing process area and environmental monitoring standards and adheres to process consistently while demonstrating ability to perform operationsShould be able demonstrates ability to clean / sterilize equipments and changeovers without supervision.

Identifygaps for improvement of machine efficiency and provides OJT to the New joiners on equipment operations and cleaningAdhereto basic GMP requirements as per written procedures and can explain & follow ALCOA+Analyzethe interpretation of the opportunities and suggests any changes if required.
