Key responsibilities

  • Support the Cloud Native architecture vision, methodology, and development process for bringing innovation to SAP's S/4HANA customers in the cloud stack.
  • Collaborate with global architects and senior tech stack stakeholders.
  • Participate in designing and constructing Cloud Native solutions on SAP BTP.
  • Create solutions leveraging open-source technologies like React, Angular, and Node, and integrate them with services from hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their business processes through technological innovations while ensuring compliance with SAP's customer commitment policy.
  • Prioritize agility, assessing new technologies across various stacks, and implementing them to contribute to product development.
  • Combine business and technology at a hands-on level, working in a startup-style environment with a determination to do whatever it takes to achieve success.

Qualifications

  • Extensive technical expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Design & Architecture, including experience in software application architecture for products and solutions.
  • Over 10 years of experience in native cloud backend and frontend development technologies like springboot, Spring Cloud, Angular, etc.
  • Specialization in cloud-native architecture and development, encompassing microservices, event-driven architecture, and CQRS.
  • Deep understanding of SAP processes and enterprise software development, with additional experience in designing horizontally scalable web applications within a SaaS architecture.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and BTP services.
  • Expertise in cloud foundry architecture, Agile practices, and full-stack cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, Azure DevOps, and collaborating with various development process contributors for successful product delivery.
  • Experience in incorporating Product Standards like Security and Performance into design, along with SAP full-stack experience with S/4HANA implementations or extensions/integrations with BTP.
  • Understanding of S/4HANA concepts, RAP & ABAP frameworks, and oDATA.
