Contact the leads generated and those provided by the company and provide them with initial details including the introduction

  • Pursue the leads for availing the services of the company
  • Maintain proper followup with perspective clients
  • Convert leads into business orders
  • Get initial formalities of getting the client onboard executed
  • Take brief from the client and understand their requirements thoroughly
  • Explain requirements to team/ vendor and get the work executed
  • Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
  • Seek feedback from the client and get changes done as applicable
  • Be updated about all work relating to the client
  • Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/offshore) to ensure timely delivery of work
  • Get work mailed to clients in proper format, mail reports, leads etc. to clients when applicable
  • Identify new opportunities of association with clients
  • Pitch the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business
  • Execute review meeting with client whenever required
  • Do a quality check of work as per prescribed standard and get work approved by seniors/ concerned personnel before delivery

Job Types:

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
₹6,000.00 per month

  • South Delhi, New Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
