Job Role: Proposition Manager, Marketing

Location: Pune

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing hustler with a self-starter and hustler attitude, to join our growing team. As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing marketing strategies for the adoption of product features, and increasing the engagement of new and existing customers. You will work alongside product and portfolio managers, to identify their specific objectives and assist them to design and implement the strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and Customer Excellence team to understand their pain points and active/ dormant
  • Work with the Data Science team and segment owners to come up with unique customer insights
  • Strategize and implement GTM plans for new feature launches
  • Collaborate with product team to ensure Product Market Fit of new and existing features
  • Jointly work with segment owners to ideate and execute communication strategies as per the specific requirements of the respective segments
  • Maintain and execute monthly communication calendars
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, design, brand and customer support to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Create and manage the content, design, store SKU asset repositories for the app features and propositions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and in-app messaging to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Drive user engagement and activation through targeted marketing campaigns, personalized messaging, and user segmentation strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion rates and user acquisition costs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and mobile marketing to drive continuous innovation and improvement

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree (Tier 1,2)
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2C product marketing, preferably in fintech, e-com or other app-based products/ services
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, with a strong execution bias, results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages and narratives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEM/SEO, and mobile app marketing
