Job Description
Nous recherchons un Développeur expérimenté sur les technologies Oracle (PL/SQL; Forms, ...).
Vous interviendrez en tant que consultant, chez notre client genevois.
Notre client est un acteur majeur dans le négoce d'énergies et de matières premières (électricité, gaz, charbon, pétrole brut, GPL ou certificats d'émissions de carbone).
Intervenant sur l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement énergétique, il œuvre également pour faciliter la transition énergétique vers des carburants à faible émission de carbone à travers le monde. Nous l'accompagnons depuis de nombreuses années dans le développement de son propre CRM interne construit « sur-mesure ». Cet outil couvre tous les aspects des activités commerciales à travers le monde : saisie des commandes, génération de rapports de P&L, gestion des risques et des livraisons, facturation, Notre client se distingue dans le monde du négoce d'énergie en faisant de son outil, le cœur de ses processus commerciaux.
En tant que membre de l'équipe des développeurs, basée à Genève, vous serez amené(e) à :
  • Construire une nouvelle plateforme centrale, unifiant toutes les applications et les intégrant avec un ensemble commun d'entités.
  • Analyser les besoins utilisateurs et participer à l'harmonisation des systèmes.
  • Contribuer activement au développement du système principal en développant de nouvelles fonctionnalités basées sur les besoins des utilisateurs.
  • Travailler étroitement avec une grande variété d'utilisateurs pour identifier et prioriser les exigences et concevoir des solutions techniques.
  • Maintenir et améliorer les modules déjà en place.
Les technologies principales utilisées sont PL/SQL et Oracle Forms Builder. Une parfaite maitrise de ses outils est indispensable.
Toutefois, de nombreuses technologies plus récentes sont en phase de test et vous pourrez participer à ces migrations technologiques importantes.
Afin d'être à l'aise pour rejoindre l'équipe, il n'est pas indispensable de connaitre le monde du trading mais une bonne aisance en mathématique est un plus.
Profil Vous devez cependant disposer :
  • D'un diplôme supérieur en informatique ou en ingénierie financière avec expérience probante dans le développement informatique.
  • De compétences avérées en modélisation de données pour traduire les situations métiers en structures de données,
  • D'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur(e) logiciel.
  • D'un bon esprit d'équipe avec une forte motivation entrepreneuriale et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
  • D'une mentalité proactive axée sur l'utilisateur et la résolution de problèmes, avec un véritable intérêt pour les aspects fonctionnels aussi bien que techniques de chaque défi rencontré,
  • Être à l'aise avec le modèle de mise en production continue.
  • De bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais
