The store keeper liaises with suppliers and places orders for required items.

They ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders negotiate pricing and maintain good relationships with vendors to secure the best deals.


Record Keeping:
Accurate record keeping is essential for inventory management. The store keeper maintains detailed records of stock levels deliveries and invoices. They update inventory systems and utilize restaurant management software to track stock movement and generate reports.

Quality Control:
The store keeper inspects incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with food safety standards. They check for damaged or expired items and promptly report any issues to the supplier or management.

Storage and Organization:

Requirements:
