Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based endpoint management solution.


It manages user access and simplifies app and device management across your many devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints.


To continue this transformation, we're seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud /On-premise/Active Directory/ Intune engineer with expertise in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud.


The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient.


Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge is key to keeping us on the cutting edge.

Detailed Roles and responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer dialogue on identified technologies in the Microsoft Intune).
  • Plan, design & implement Automation Led Modern Workplace (Intune) Services, Endpoint Protection and PC lifecycle Support for physical, virtual and mobile workplace environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Intune and associated implementations, modern desktop, co-management, Microsoft Endpoint Management.
  • Good Knowledge of migrating Devices from Local AD to Microsoft Intune.
  • Should be able to work extensively with pre-sales team for proposals.
  • Support, Administer and maintain the solutions for the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) VMware Workspace One / Intune / JAMF/ Kandji Infrastructure.
  • Manage the Mobility lab and ensure it's always up to date with the latest features.
  • Work with various stakeholders to make sure that the client's policies & devices are always up to date and are implemented across the enterprise.
  • Enable enterprise-wide distribution of applications.
  • Coordinate with the Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as needed.
  • Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides as needed to support the MDM environment and the associated MDM policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified.
  • Strong experience in Supporting, Administering, and maintaining enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Windows as a Service (Knowledge of Autopilot and allied technologies)
  • Ad-Hoc Training for client's IT teams
  • Provide post-implementation support services as required.
  • Customer Demo on solutions implemented.
  • Implement campaigns for phased migrations.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience.

Skills required to contribute:

  • A Total of 5+ years of experience in the field of MDM Solution (Preferably Intune )
  • Microsoft relevant certifications (MD-102 & SC-300), Mobile Iron or any other equivalent.
  • Exposure to workplace automation, analytics, end user experience monitoring and management.
  • Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient.
Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production.
  • Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.
  • Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change.
  • Good Knowledge in Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD etc.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft MDM Solution and Cloud Technologies is desired.
