Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Require ServiceNow resource that has ITOM (CMDBEvent Management) and ITSM (Incident)experience
  • Resource needsto have Servicenow workflow script experience and the ability topull and update data via scripting
  • Work on ticketing incidents e.g. Creatingchanging modifying workflows
  • Configuring incidentrouting.
  • Support EnterpriseArchitecture in the design and implementation of automateddiscovery & data federation from multiple data sources into theServiceNow CMDB.
  • Develop technical solutionson the ServiceNow platform ensuring that they meet the clientsneeds and are aligned with ITIL ITSM ITOM and CMDB bestpractices.
  • Lead customization andconfiguration of Discovery Event Management and the CMDB toautomate incident creation based on alerts and optimizeinfrastructure visibility and management.
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNowsolutions that align with the designed requirements and ensuresolutions meet industry best practices. Develop and maintainadvanced scripts business rules and client scripts.
  • Data Migration: Support data migration design andactivities from legacy systems to ServiceNow ensuring data accuracyand consistency during the transition. Validate that data ismigrated to the most beneficial ServiceNow data structuresleveraging outofthebox data schemas before designing custom tablesand fields.
  • Integration Management: Assistarchitects in the design and integration of ServiceNow with othersystems and applications to create seamless endtoendprocesses.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to thedevelopment of Orgs best practices and standards. Adhere tosecurity and implementation best practices and ensure thatimplemented solutions meet relevant compliancerequirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stayupdated on the latest ServiceNow features enhancements and bestpractices to enhance the quality of implementations and maintainexpertise in the platform. Continue certification and trainingprocess to meet Practice standards and growth areas and contributeto the continued success of the team.
  • DevelopAsset and Configuration Management processes procedures andstandards.
  • Mature processes and KPIs toimprove Asset and Configuration Managementeffectiveness.
  • Build relationship mappings inServiceNow CMDB with Discovery Tools and Service Mapping in servingServiceNow modules including ITOM Hardware Asset Virtual AgentChange Problem Certificate Incident etc.
  • Leadintegration of new modules store applications integrations andspokes.
  • Interface with executive stakeholdersto align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emergingtrends.
  • Oversee development and datamanagement for integrations between ServiceNow Platform and othersystems tools or services (like Workday or ActiveDirectory)
