Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our IT team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning platform customization and optimization.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Implement Salesforce Lightning design system for building responsive and reusable Lightning components.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and provide technical advice and recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high quality and maintainable code.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure scalability of solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on Salesforce Lightning best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Lightning platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong emphasis on Lightning development.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
