JobDescriptionTheRoleWe are looking for aSoftware (SW) Developer in Test to plan develop debug and automatetest scripts to improve overall quality and security of the SDK andFirmware product. Most of our customers are focused on buildingInternet of Things (IoT) products (smart homes smart metering smartcities). You will be the primary SW Developer in Test responsiblefor providing test coverage on each security feature as well asmaintain buildtobuild quality and consistency. The ideal candidatehas experience with cryptographic operations and algorithms andcommon security functionality. In addition you should haveexperience working with embedded devices over telnet and serial.You will frequently interact with the SW Development Team based inHyderabad Oslo and other SQA groups globally. In addition the idealcandidate shall be proficient in Python C and Java. We are lookingfor creative flexible pragmatic and skilled individuals with superbcommunications skills and a love of problem solving in a fastpacedteamenvironment.

Responsibilities:Write test plans based on requirements;Investigating and understanding complex new features by reading thedocumentation and discussing with development and Applicationteams; Implement and run functional securityfuzz negative performance stress tests cases based on testplans; Investigate test results incontinuous integration systems; Work closelywith dev team to: debug problems found during test cycle anddevelop targeted test plans aimed at ensuring the security of thesystem Write custom embeddedapplications.
Skillsrequired: 5 years of workexperience or Master Degree 2 years experience as a SW Developer orSW Developer in Test Experience withcomputer networking (IP telnet) Experiencewith cryptographic operations and algorithms and common securityfunctionality Experience with C Java andscripting languages such as Python or Perl.Conversation fluency inEnglish.
Weconsider the following experience as aplus Experience with taskmanagement and bug tracking systems such asJira Experience with continuousintegration Team leading andor coordinatingexperience is a plus. IoT Domainknowledge.
