Job Summary:

As a DevOps Manager at Giggso India Private Limited, you will lead and manage our DevOps team to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable software development and deployment processes. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure and deployments.

Automate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.

Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our DevOps practices.

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.

Qualifications:

Experience:

7-10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps.

Proven experience in managing and leading DevOps teams.

Experience working in a product development company is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CI/CD tools

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes

Experience with AWS and Azure

Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools viz Terraform, Ansible.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK stack.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
