Sales Executive at Binmin Power Systems


Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to a sustainable future? Binmin Power Systems, the leading renewable energy company in Kerala, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge Solar Power plants and electric chargers of Industry leading companies like Adani Green Energy, ABB & Microtec contributing to the growth and success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Identify potential customers and proactively engage in sales activities to generate leads for Solar Power plants and electric chargers.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target segments for business expansion.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their unique needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their renewable energy requirements.

Product Demonstration:

Possess in-depth knowledge of our Solar Power plants and electric chargers to effectively demonstrate their benefits and advantages to customers.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

Sales Negotiation:
Collaborate with customers to understand their budget constraints and negotiate terms and conditions to finalize sales deals. Ensure a win-win situation for both the company and the customer.

Achieve Sales Targets:
Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to meet and exceed them. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to optimize sales productivity.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in renewable energy technology. Utilize this knowledge to devise effective sales strategies and enhance our offerings.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, progress reports, and any relevant market insights to the management.


Collaborate with Team:

Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree, flare for Marketing

Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Familiarity with solar power systems and electric chargers will be highly regarded.

Sales Skills:
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities are essential for this role.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers effectively and present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Self-Motivated:
A self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation to drive sales growth. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Market Awareness:
Sound knowledge of the renewable energy market in Kerala and an understanding of the competitive landscape.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary:
₹8, ₹55,000.00 per month
