Role Overview :

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Oversee all aspects of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and logistics, while ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and yield through the adoption of advanced technologies and best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and local communities.

Qualifications :
