Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute various photography projects, including but not limited to portraits, events, product shoots, and lifestyle photography, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to client briefs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, offering creative insights and solutions to achieve their objectives.
• Manage all aspects of the photography process, from planning and preparation to execution and postproduction, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of final assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies, continuously refining skills and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the overall success of the studio by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a professional photographer with a minimum of 0.62 years in a similar role, demonstrating a diverse portfolio showcasing technical skill and creative flair across different genres.
• Proficiency in operating a range of professional photography equipment and software, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory, with the ability to consistently produce visually compelling images that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules and project requirements.
• Passionate about photography and committed to continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
