Billing Assistant

Department Brief:
Responsibilities:
- Create new client billing accounts
- Process client address changes
- Fill out vendor and tax forms
- Respond to client inquiries for invoice copies, userlists, account statements
- Send tax form reminders to clients
- Add purchase order numbers to invoices
- Assist with Daily Order processing
- Respond to sales requests regarding invoicing
- Support Billing/Collections group
- Assist with month end processes
- Assist with special projects
Required Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service working with internal & external clients
- High attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracy
- Proactive work style
- Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data
