Job Description

We are looking for senior designers on the web and mobile platforms who can:

Create strategic and innovative ideas for our clients. Possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of interactive communications and delivery systems, brand development, creative process, user interface design as well as industry best practices. Help establish and reinforce a consistent, intuitive experience using tools and processes like site maps, user flows, wireframes, navigation design, competitive analysis, content inventories, and information organisation models. Be held responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative. Create user interface design, architecture and functionality.

Required Skill Sets

Experience designing functional, engaging and beautiful large-scale consumer web and mobile applications Experience in designing Web/ Mobile/ Tablet applications on various web browsers, and mobile / tablet platforms such as IOS, Android, Windows Mobile with latest UI Trends Experience with a ux prototyping tool Experience in design tools such as Adobe CC suite, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Sketch Handle front-end web development (hand-code XHTML and CSS) Experience in JavaScript, especially jQuery and AngularJS frameworks Familiar with standard-based web design and user centered design best practices Work with Product Managers and Business to define product requirements Present portfolio that showcases digital design, web and mobile interface design capabilities Experience in supporting development teams building front-end interfaces Efficiency in task flows, conceptual wire-frames, design comps, icon design, prototypes etc Establish design directions and patterns

Interpersonal Skills

Good verbal and non-verbal communication along with good at decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who qualifies as a team player.

Educational Qualification

Any graduate or post graduate degree with a design or computer science degree is preferred.
