Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Business development of the branch.
  • Business promotion activities with the RE from the field sales.
  • Coordinating branch operations with the instructions from the Cluster Manager.
  • Monitoring the activities of the RE so as to increase the sales & meet the monthly targets.
  • Monitoring the attendance & punching details of the branch.
  • To run the branch in a cost effective manner.
  • Coordinate with the HO HR dept. for the recruitment activities.
  • Train & develop the new recruits in the branch.
  • NPA & Arrear follow ups with the RE.
  • Achievement of branch targets/Individual targets.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Post Graduation
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years in Micro Finance would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill
  • Driving License must.

Salary:
From ₹19,500.00 per month
