Job Listing: IT Project Management Office (PMO)
  • The role involves acting as a connection to various stakeholders in the office, including IT team members, key colleagues from Mercedes-Benz Research & Development, senior management at MBRDI, and external stakeholders. This position requires creativity and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and good judgment in diverse situations. They should be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and handling confidential matters discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key strategic initiatives
  • Analyze reports for the HoD and provide insights
  • Execute strategies, anticipate and address problems, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for data requests across departments
  • Automate operational processes
  • Coordinate IT Communications
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams for departmental planning
  • Prepare content for internal and external events
  • Organize and facilitate strategy workshops and meetings
  • Manage departmental meetings and strategic workshops
  • Arrange visits for executives from HQ and other international locations
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work with influence and drive outcomes
  • Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
  • Background in Functional Areas like Finance, HR, and Facilities is advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical & solution architecture, Applications Lifecycle Management
  • 8+ years of overall experience
  • 5-8 years of experience working with C-Level Executives
  • Technical background with a degree in Computer Sciences
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
