Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and furnish all necessary documentation and clarifications for the Due Diligence process. This role serves as the focal point for all financial operations, possessing authority and accountability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and providing data for Due Diligence.
  • Reviewing the General Ledger and Sub Ledger.
  • Aiding in the preparation of monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) along with accounting notes.
  • Assisting in the creation of Financial Statements compliant with statutory audits.
  • Collaborating with Chartered Accountants (CA) and Statutory Auditors.
  • Supplying documents to the bank for Bill of Entry (BOE) settlement.
  • Handling Monthly and Yearly GST Return Filing.
  • Verifying and reconciling GSTR 2A, Electronic Ledger, Cash Ledger, and our financial records.
  • Submitting TDS Returns.
  • Coordination with CA for all other return filings.
  • Conducting stock audits aligned with the supply chain to ensure daily stock congruity.
  • Material Balancing Reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of all Manufacturing, Debtors, and other vendor accounts.
  • Obtaining quarterly balance confirmations from all vendors and clients.
  • Execution of additional assignments as required.

Desired Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance is mandatory.
2-5 years of relevant work experience is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Advanced Excel and MIS Automation is a must.
Adept at managing extensive databases.
