Analyst - Software Configuration Specialist IWHAT YOU'
LL DO:
The Software Configuration Specialist I support a project team in delivering technical implementation tasks for customers.
The Software Configuration Specialist I is expected to learn basic implementation concepts while working under direct supervision and receiving instruction for completing assigned tasks.
Assists in designing the software configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Develops working knowledge of the product or product line in order to provide pre-sales support, solution planning, product management expertise and customer support.
Works with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
Develops an understanding of the functional impact of various configuration options.
Works primarily with internal project teams while having limited and supervised interaction with the customer
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
WHAT YOU'
VE DONE:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in area with analytic emphasis
2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology, insurance, or otherwise related environment
Experience with implementation of Duck Creek Platform for Policy Administration a plus
Preferred experience in implementing P&C Insurance software applications preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Ability and experience performing analytical or quantitative activities in spreadsheet/database types of software applications.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
