Job Description:

Position Overview:
AJ Jewels and Trade is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team.

The ideal candidate will be an or Nepalese with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments within the organization, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient collaboration.
  • Manage personal tasks and errands for executives, such as bill payments, reservations, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making processes.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Nepalese preferred, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Fluent in English and additional proficiency in Nepali or HINDI languages is a plus.
