Role Overview:


Are you a communicator with a flair for making connections? Yuvmedia is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team.

You will be the voice of Yuvmedia, engaging with clients and prospects to deliver outstanding service and drive our business forward.


Key Responsibilities:

Engage and Connect: Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to introduce Yuvmedia's services and build relationships.

Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and follow-ups.

Sales and Promotion: Promote Yuvmedia's products and services to drive sales.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
