Description:
We are seeking a highly-skilled Product owner to help customize and implement product solutions for our clients. In this role, you will work with the Product Team to identify clients specific project requirements.

You will be responsible for detailed requirement gathering, designing and validating user journeys and coordinating with clients and the Development Team to plan and implement the solution.

You should be able to develop a detailed and sound knowledge of the product and be able to communicate this effectively internally and to clients.

Activities/Duties:
Creating user journeys and process maps for different personas & product layers.
Manage implementation for new features or clients within allocated budget and timelines, and manage scope creep.
Creating and prioritizing a product backlog that aligns with the product roadmap and client commitments.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (clients and internal management team)
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, designers and quality assurance) to ensure that the product meets customer needs.
Ensuring that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.

Ensuring that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, and managing any legal or ethical considerations related to the product.

Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.
Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all client requirements, customizations made, sign-offs and approvals taken.
Ensuring that the team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
Collecting feedback from end users and stakeholders to continually enhance the product.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience in managing complex digital products
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development.
Experience with setting and tracking success KPIs
Experience with transformation projects, to modernize legacy systems and processes and create efficiency through TJ products.
Experience with Google Analytics / Tag Manager or other web performance tools
Experience with using data driven insights to enhance customer journey and increase conversions
Experience in development of SaaS products.
Exceptional communication skills to understand the needs and requirements of clients and internal teams.
Sound understanding of agile product development processes.
Experience in creating & documenting user journeys and process flows.
Sound analytical skills to critically evaluate product issues and updates to come up with solutions.
Project management skills to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
