Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Review previous days performance and set Daily management targets.
Plan and execute Capital and Revenue budget and cost control.
Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan.
Guide the team in breakdown analysis and take sound ICA/PCA and appropriate countermeasures.
Maintenance and calibration of Machines and Equipment.
Implement TPM in Die Maintenance.
Participate in TPM initiatives.
