Who are we?We have seen how tier 2+ India has been through a massive change in the way people are consuming services - both offline and online, in the last decade.
What started with a simple thought and intention of solving this problem, changed into an exciting journey of serving it and taking it to a large scale.
ApnaMart started with a vision to offer an unparalleled shopping experience to tier 2+ India. We've come a long way from our first store to 100+ stores and 1 lac+ monthly customers. It has been an overwhelming journey And now, we are considering scaling up at an even more incredible pace. The target is 1000+ stores in the next year. Fingers crossed
The impact that we've been able to create in a short span of time through our consumers, franchisee partners, and other stakeholders, encourages us to keep going and doing it at a much larger scale as well.
The kick and sense of satisfaction we get when our customers tell us that we're changing the scale of shopping for daily needs is unmatched.

Why do we need you?We started with many passionate and excited people who gave a great head start in converting and launching 100+ stores in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.

Job DescriptionWe at Apna Mart are seeking a results-driven and experienced Cluster Head to spearhead our franchise sales initiatives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships within our network.
This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can drive our franchise expansion to new heights.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate new leads for potential franchise partnerships, utilizing effective sales strategies and networking opportunities.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targeted franchise growth objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key areas for franchise development and expansion.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of franchise sales initiatives.
Provide exceptional support and guidance to potential franchisees throughout the onboarding and sales process.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record in franchise sales or a similar role within the Retail sector.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
