  • Develop expertise in using test automation tools and frameworks as part of your professional growth.
  • Support the QA team in configuring and managing test environments and tools.
  • Participate in refining the QA process by offering feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Who You'll Work With

The Enterprise IT Security team is deeply passionate about leveraging technology not just for innovation's sake but to deliver tangible value for Cisco. We are committed to providing cutting-edge capabilities that empower Cisco employees, customers, and partners to transform their interactions.

Our clientele consists of not just industry frontrunners but trailblazers who are reshaping the world through technology, with Cisco as their trusted partner.

On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with key stakeholders across multifaceted teams such as Security and Trust Office, Infrastructure, Legal, Business Operations, and Customer/Partner Experience groups. You should be an outstanding team player capable of influencing not only within your team but also beyond, acting as a catalyst for change and evolution. Your leadership in crafting business solutions and articulating intricate concepts should shine through.

Our minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity projects, particularly in IAM.
  • Basic grasp of QA methodologies and IAM principles.
  • Keenness to learn and work with IAM policy management tools like PlainID.
  • Some exposure to or coursework related to software testing, coupled with a desire to hone automation skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Why Cisco

Cisco is all about embracing individuality while harnessing our collective talents to drive impactful change and shape an expansive future for all.

We are at the forefront of the digital realm, aiding our clients in navigating the transformation of their digital ventures. While some may perceive us as seasoned (36 years and counting) and solely focused on hardware, we are also deeply rooted in software and security domains. We have pioneered an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns, and secures like no other.

However, 'Digital Transformation' is more than just a trendy phrase; it thrives on a culture that fosters innovation, creativity, and yes, the ability to learn from missteps.

Our daily mantra revolves around giving our best, humbling our egos, and extending a helping hand (giving back is part of our DNA). We take ownership, embrace bold initiatives, and celebrate our unique differences. Embracing diverse thoughts and upholding equality are what propel us forward.

So, sporting colorful hair? Flaunt it. Love tattoos? Show them off. Have a penchant for polka dots? Rock on. A pop culture enthusiast? You're among friends. Passionate about technology and reshaping the world? Be yourself, be with us.
