What you'll do..

Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:

Working closely with global recruiters while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordinglyReviewing candidacies from diversity partnerships, partner organization databases and event attendee lists to increase the diversity of our candidate talent poolConducting passive sourcing focusing on building a diverse pipeline for open positions across multiple departmentsBuilding a diverse talent community of prospects for consideration for future rulesGaining a high-level understanding of the different departments and teams at MongoDB, and have a deep understanding of evergreen rolesServing as a strategic liaison between the Diversity Recruiting Enablement function and the broader sourcing team to support projects and events focused on increasing top-of-funnel pipeline representation for high-priority rolesDriving hiring for niche functions including product and engineering to support fast-paced business growthResearching market trends for company mapping and present the detailed findings to stakeholders per need basisDeveloping a strong understanding of the MongoDB tech stack and a familiarity with the needs of all Engineering teamsSharing resumes of qualified candidates with the respective recruiter/sourcer for the role; proactively identifying alternative roles for active or passive candidates who may not be a direct fit for a current openingPreparing information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends on the diversity of our pipelineIdentifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness of current diversity sourcing initiatives; support Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MongoDB's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

We're looking for someone with..

More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition role working with a reputed executive search firm or technology companyPast experience sourcing a diverse talent pool for a wide variety of technical functions via creative and innovative sourcing methodologiesAdvanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent researchA consultative approach and strong understanding of technologyExcellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill reqsExperience with social-media hiring (Linkedin, Twitter, FB etc.) and other sourcing channels Github, Stackoverflow/Seekout. Familiarity with Gem CRM and Greenhouse ATS is preferredRobust interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successExperience working across numerous stakeholders to drive projects to completion; an ability to lead without direct authority to achieve outcomes cross-functionallyExcellent in networking and talent mappingMust have worked in a fast-paced environment that is driven by business-priorities and stakeholder enabling scenariosOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill reqs A growth attitude: an aim to make things better, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's viewsMinimum Bachelor degree
