Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met.- Builds and maintains client relationships, provides customer service, and ensures client satisfaction.
- Encourage potential clients to buy CCTV & Security System products and close the best possible deal.
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
- Maintains and updates databases, spreadsheets, and other systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Works with crossfunctional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Track sales cycle progress on a Weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
- Identifies and resolves problems, and recommends process improvements.
- Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account setup for each customer you speak with.
- Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose.
- Conducts research, gathers data, and performs analysis to support business decisions, projects, or initiatives.
- Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
