Position Summary

Primarily responsible for assisting the SAP SCRUM teams across regions in effectively providing solutions to the issues and finishing the developments.

Other responsibilities include providing support for SAP Development activities for all global clients.

This support includes understanding the flow and integration of data and information through related business processes and systems, resolving day to day system issues, recommending system design changes, thorough testing, and documentation.

Also, the Senior developer should be able to guide/mentor the developers in any of the development work or development process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Advanced experience in ABAP and in HR ABAP programming
Expertise Dialog programming
Experience in Object oriented programming - Classes, methods
Expertise in SAP Script / Smartforms / Adobe Forms
Expertise XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes
Expertise in SAP HCM on technical side with knowledge in US and CA Taxation
BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements

Design medium to high complexity solutions for SAP R/3 4.6 – ECC 6.0 and higher version updates across standard programs and produce quality products.

Good knowledge in SCRUM process and preferably CSM certified.
Experience
3+ years relevant experience as a Developer, SAP
At least two complete SAP production implementations supporting development
Experience in supporting complex SAP environments in 24/7 operations
Experience troubleshooting third party products that interface with SAP with in the landscape
Experience in designing technical specification documents
Experience in strong coding skills and fine tuning
Experience in strong Debugging skills
U.S. and Canada Payroll implementations, Support and Configurations
U.S. and Global SAP implementations
