Job Description:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Bench Candidates
  • Proficiency in handling the complete Sales Life Cycle and ability to market multiple candidates simultaneously. Building new relationships with tier 1 vendors/Clients
  • Directly engaging with end clients' needs such as Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners
  • Networking daily with Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners to place Bench candidates swiftly
  • Scouting requirements on Job boards and sending resumes
  • Expertise in utilizing Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc.
  • Ensuring consultants are comfortable with job requirements and suggesting any necessary modifications to enhance their placement prospects
  • Keeping consultants informed on a daily basis regarding submissions and interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with tier one vendors or end clients
  • Continuous follow-up with candidates and clients at each stage, ultimately securing placements. Proficient in Active and Passive searches for candidate sourcing
  • Capable of generating Leads through cold calling to onboard new direct clients
  • Competent in managing the complete Bench sales cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
