associates will identify business needs and solutions within the context of the overall direction of a company. They develop and implement critical business solutions through information gathering, synthesis, review, and testing.

They secure and allocate resources, manage implementation schedules, and facilitate Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.

• Classifying the strategic choices for addressing a specific situation and supporting the execution of the business strategy
• Work closely with the management to design business plans, projections, project or team OKRs, MIS and Dashboard.
• External Analysis: Assess the existing opportunities and threats of the organization's external environment, comprising industry and environmental forces
• Internal Analysis: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in its internal environment including its resources and competencies
• Strategy Design: Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage by matching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of the organisation
• Strategy Execution: Apply the developed strategies and monitor execution by identifying resources, processes and KPIs
• Strategic Control: Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where the strategies are not generating the anticipated results

MBA from reputed college is mandatory.

Proven record in business strategy-from planning to implementation
