Overview:


As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the digital marketing team in implementing and optimizing various online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a passion for digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Core Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

  • Help in managing and maintaining the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Support in optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Assist in keyword research, onpage optimization, and link building efforts.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

  • Aid in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Assist in budget management, ad copywriting, targeting, and performance analysis.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Help in analyzing key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a team environment.
