The Customer Experience team at Tata 1MG is a dedicated group of professionals focused on ensuring an exceptional and seamless customer journey throughout their interactions with the company.

The team's primary goal is to create and maintain a positive experience for customers, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.


What will you do

  • Data Management: Design, develop, and maintain databases and data warehouses to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval. Perform data quality assurance checks and ensure data integrity.
  • Information System Development and Management: Develop and maintain information systems that support various business functions and processes. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present datadriven insights to management and stakeholders. Conduct data analysis and employ statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Work with business intelligence tools and data visualization software to enhance data presentation and accessibility

Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience (in
MIS)

  • Strong technical skills in data visualization & dashboard creation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with Large Datasets
