Candidate should have knowledge on Engineering, consultation and also be able assist with day to day operational activities on Genesys Cloud CX.

Should be able to assist in event of any service degradation or outage and engage in live troubleshooting with end user.

The requirement is for Global contact center setup and may have to work with users across different time zone.
However, should be flexible with working hours on a need to basis.
