  • Project Accounting: Implementconfigure and manage the Project Accounting module in MicrosoftDynamics 365.
  • ModuleParameters: Administer changes resulting from testing in SIT/MCS.Most parameters are already set up.
  • Project Parameters Administration: Manageproject categories posting profiles costing setups Work BreakdownStructure (WBS) templates project resources and timesheets.
  • Data MigrationSupport: Identify the appropriate template and data source for datamigration.
  • ToolingItem Number Lists: Configure tooling item number lists includingsetting up released products Bill of Materials (BOM) and BOMversions and Route and Route versions.
  • Demonstration and Training: Follow theproject process flow for tool/end product manufacturing.
  • This includescreating a project configuring the WBS running forecast andbudgeting executing project production orders recordingtime/expense at the end of the period monitoring/reporting andfinally the project closeout estimation process(elimination/capitalization).
  • User Acceptance Testing Support: Develop test scriptsfor D365 to support user acceptance testing.
  • GoLive Support: Assist with dailyoperations processes and monthend processes during the golivephase.
  • SystemImplementation and Rollout: Support the implementation and rolloutof NEMo365 Kimplas. This includes system configuration datamigration user training and postimplementation support.
  • StakeholderManagement: Work closely with project stakeholders to understandtheir requirements provide system demonstrations and gatherfeedback for system improvements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain systemdocumentation including functional specifications systemconfigurations and user manuals.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoingsupport to users troubleshoot system issues and work with thetechnical team to resolve any system bugs or performance issues.
Required Expertise:
  • MicrosoftDynamics 365: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365particularly the Project Accounting module.
  • Project Management: Experience inmanaging system implementation projects including planningexecution and monitoring.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with theability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical users.
  • ProblemSolving:Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshootsystem issues and find effective solutions.
