DataLabs is looking for a **Principal Associate

  • Python with Machine Learning** to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, lead analytical teams to make impactful and actionable offers, and work with Engineering groups to lead tech delivery of large product builds. The role encompasses recruiting, developing and motivating an exceptional team that is drawn from elite campuses in India and abroad, and focused on our mission to develop world class data products.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with image processing project with Computer vision
  • Lead a team
  • Work in evaluating ,building and fine tuning deep learning based ML models
  • Deploy ML models to production, design monitoring plan and monitor ML models in production
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Help design and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements
  • Coach junior team members
  • Collaborate with product managers, customers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Python Developer
  • Expected to be hands on / individual contributor (IC) in this role
  • At Least 4 years work experience with Python using Machine learning
  • At Least 3 years experience with Machine Learning
  • At Least 5 years team leading experience
  • Understanding of computer vision concepts and image processing using python
  • Understanding of how deep learning models work and how to build and tune deep learning models
  • Experience with any Python frameworks (e.g. pandas, numpy, SciPy )
  • Understanding of databases and SQL
  • Up to date with current trends in ML/ Deep Learning

Preferred Requirements

  • Masters degree or PhD
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience in image processing project
  • Phd or publications in ML preferred but not mandatory

Experience:

  • 12 years of relevant experience
