Role


Engineers work within a team to contribute, improve, and scale our software; you'll fully own entire features and influence the specs, build out/modify the back-end (Elixir/Phoenix) and interact with the front-end (React), and own ongoing improvements for a product rapidly impacting the entire third-party logistics (3PL) industry.

Each member of the team has the ability to impact all aspects of the development process from ideation, design, delivery, maintenance, and operations.

Locations

We are located in Austin (USA), Singapore, and Hyderabad (India).

Job Location

– Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Indore India. Relocation assistance will be provided for compelling candidates.

Requirements

What you'll do

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

Own the software as you create, test, iterate, and deliver new features to the platform

Work across the company to understand customer and vendor pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch daily

Be surrounded by smart, driven individuals who are passionate about doing their best work every day

Solve a wide variety of technical challenges as well as supply chain challenges that have yet to be solved


Ensure that information security (IS) commitments and requirements are incorporated into the information technology processes, and that managers are enforcing IS policies and procedures in their departments.

RequirementsWhat you'll do Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

Pitch in a technology services value proposition to companies in US, EMEA & India

Identify the organizations (software vendors, enterprises) that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research & industry intelligence

Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging established tools & techniques

Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning the `lead into a strategic customer via market intelligence and industry research


Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads.

Qualify the prospects and identify potential opportunities

Do regular follow-ups with prospects that show interest in our products and services

Schedule tele-con/meetings for the sales team with prospects

Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule pre-sales discussions and, ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team.

Should be flexible to work in shifts What you'll bring

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills

Passionate towards Marketing/ Sales, willing to take on challenges and meet targets consistently

Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred

Passing percentage of 65% and higher
