JD for PTP/AP-Invoice Processing – Po and Non-PO
Payment processing and Banking
Vendor query Resolution
Communicating with Suppliers & resolving their queries
Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts
Employee expense Processing
Statement Reconciliation,
Vendor Clearing
Other Monthly Reporting
Month Closing Activities & End Reporting
Good written and verbal communication

JD for RTR-Journal entry processing.
Balance sheet reconciliation (Blackline)
Intercompany accounting
Month end tasks end reporting
Fixed asset accounting
Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
Standard costing (limited requirement)
Good written and verbal communication
Hands on working knowledge of SAP
1-2 plus years of experience

JD for OTC/OTC collection-Accounts Receivables , Cash Application, and allocation
Collections – connecting with customers through emails and phone.
Understanding on Credit Management
Credit Insurance and follow-up.
Forecasting of cash flows
Order approvals.
Other Monthly Reporting
Good written and verbal communication
Hands on working knowledge of SAP is preferrable.
1 Plus years of experience.
