KRA1

Production Planning & Control

1) Adhere to work flow and schedules for production departments.
2) Update DH for delays and accordingly plan to mitigate deadlines.
3) Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4) Evaluate current production processes and propose improvements.
5) Run Intermediate processes in operating range to meet finished products quality standards and customer specifications.
6) Ensure & Seek help for availability of equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.

KRA2

Safety & Environment

1) Adhere to SO, SOPs, SMP, Checklist, Work Instruction, Guideline to ensure uninterrupted process run

2) Provide training to employees and contractors (as required) to assure understanding and compliance with Process Safety Standards and requirements of local process safety requirements.

(PSM/RMP programs)
3) Adherence to PSM Excellence at shop floor
4) Adhere to requirement of new and existing standards and local safety team
5) Report all incidences, near miss, accident as per guideline

KRA3

Change Management

1) Exhibit Continuous improvement culture among team members to deliver excellence in operations
2) Adhere to project based problem solving teams at workplace to promote team excellence
Adhere to ABG Operational excellence guidelines & Its implementation. Seek support for training need if any from DH

KRA4

Customer Centricity

1) Ensure Quantity & quality parameters of the products / services supplied to internal and external customers
2) Follow Proactive information sharing in case of deviation for Internal customer
3) Seek details of customer complaint, Trace out process condition & deviation if any, Keep Record, Adhere to improvement plan in consultation with DH

People Management

1) Adhere to employees roles, responsibilities and deliverables
2) Update, discuss and share people issues at workplace
3) Identify appropriate training requirement & competency gaps for self & team & update DH
4) Demonstrate recognition culture at workplace
5) Share Safety and Environment awareness among employees and training wherever required
6) Participate in training of front line team (Technicians) to handle day to day grievances with utmost sensitivity

KRA6

Regulatory compliance

1) Adhere to all the relevant regulatory compliances applicable to the operations

2-4 Years
