Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordination with agent, Port user A/c, feeder operator & MTY yard
  • Job preparation & accounting requisition through Studio,
  • Follow up till shipment loading/cntr mty return
  • Prepare & release Import D/o/Gang letter, Survey, empty letter
  • Follow up for Invoices, KYC/Customer registration
  • Handling Mumbai, Delhi, Mundra, Kolkata, Chennai booking coordination
  • Inventory Management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Min 3 years
- experience in NVOCC Customer Service

Language and IT Proficiency

  • Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
  • Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.


 Knowledge of MS
  • Office (Excel & Word)
